Terms of Use of CHEF AI

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the services, products, and applications provided by LLC “Quanteon” (the right holder of the CHEF AI product), a company registered in Uzbekistan at the address: Tashkent, Mirzo-Ulugbek district, Oqibat MFY, Mustaqillik shoh ko'chasi, 7-uy.

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• Company, we, our – LLC “Quanteon” (the right holder of the CHEF AI product).
• User, you – any person using our services.
• Platform – the CHEF AI website, mobile application, or any other digital interface.
• Services – the features and capabilities of CHEF AI, including but not limited to: selecting recipes based on ingredients, AI-based analysis of product photos, calorie calculation, and step-by-step cooking instructions.
• Paid services – paid access to premium features.
• Content – text, images, algorithms, data, and software provided by the Company.
• Generation (AI data) — automatic creation by an artificial intelligence system of new content, information, or structured data in response to a user request or input data, based on machine learning algorithms and language models that analyze the input, compare it with training data, and generate a unique result in text, graphic, audio, or other formats.

3. Description of services

CHEF AI is an intelligent assistant based on artificial intelligence that:

• Selects recipes according to entered ingredients, taking into account calorie content and nutritional value.
• Analyzes photos of a refrigerator or products and suggests dish options.
• Recognizes prepared dishes in photos and provides a recipe with step-by-step instructions.
• Provides healthy eating recommendations adapted to culture and region.
• Allows you to keep a personal food diary and track the calorie content of your diet; functionality may change and be expanded without prior notice.
